  歯を磨いて

 

 

 

↑fanned himself with Tongan fan.

  トンガのうちわで扇ぎました。

 

 

 

↑I visited Yashiro Primary School in Chikuma City then

  千曲市の屋代小学校に行って、

 

 

 

↑gave a lecture of Tonga for 5 classrooms. All students were interested in the country Tonga.

  ５つの教室でトンガの講義をしました。皆トンガに興味を持ってくれていました。

  今日の給食

 

 

 

↑I left No. 513 YAMANEKO at the school. The teacher on the left, Hiroe, is my old friend and she called on me when I was in Tonga. That’s why I visited her schools this time.

  学校にNo.513山ネコを残して帰りました。写真左のHiroe先生は昔からの友達で、彼女はトンガにも遊びに来てくれました。なので今回彼女の務める学校を訪れたのです。

↑After work, I did sightseeing around Chikuma City. First I visited Mori-Shougunduka ancient tomb after a long time away.

  仕事の後に千曲市観光をしました。久しぶりに森将軍塚古墳を訪れました。

 

 

 

↑Following that I visited Agreculture Park and Ogiya ramen restaurant.

  それからアグリパークとおおぎやラーメンに行きました。

 

 

 

↑Chikuma, Koushoku Mori district, is famous for an apricot.

  更埴はあんずで有名です。

 

 

 

↑This is the hotel, I stayed at, 26 years ago when I traveled alone for the first time.

  初めて一人で旅をした２６年前に泊まった宿です。

 

 

 

↑I stayed Sumiresou Hotel where we always stay when I participate in Nagano marathon competition.

  長野マラソンの時に毎回泊っているすみれ荘に泊まりました。

 

 

 

↑I took a big bath,

  大きなお風呂に入り、

 

 

 

↑drank beers,

  ビールを飲んで

 

 

 

↑talked with Kaito and Tamami by mobile phone.

  電話でKaitoマンTamamiさんと話しました。
