「Pulled Muscle」
６月１日 肉離れだぞ
↑I dried clothes outside then
外に洗濯物を干して、
↑watered plants.
植物に水をあげました。
↑Kaito was watching tablet PC and
Kaitoマンはタブレットを見ていて、
↑Ichina was sitting in front of a heater.
Tina姫はストーブの前に座っていました。
↑They had breakfast together then Kaito went to nursery school.
一緒に朝食を食べてKaitoマンは保育園に行きました。
↑When I was running behind my student, I had a pulled muscle in the upper part of calf of my left leg.
生徒の後ろを走っている時に左ふくらはぎ上部の肉離れを起こしました。
↑After work, I visited the clinic in front of Shiojiri Station.
帰りに塩尻駅前の整体に行きました。
↑The pulled musche this time is not so teerible compared with that I had 5 years ago. I could play with my children.
今回の肉離れは５年前に比べてそれほどひどくありませんでした。子どもたちと遊べました。
