↑I had a complete medical checkup at Aizawa Hospital in Matsumoto.

  相澤病院で人間ドックでした。

 

↑The new restaurant in the hospital is nice but its meal is small quantity. I couldn’t eat my fill.

　病院内のレストランは良い所なのですが、量が少なくて満腹になりませんでした。

 

↑Around 4 PM, I finished the checkup and moved to my room. It was two-day-medical checkup.

  ４時頃、すべての検査を終え、部屋に来ました。そう、２日間のドックなのでした。

 

↑Following that I bought contact lenses,

  その後、コンタクトを買い、

 

↑had an acupuncture,

  鍼治療を受け、

 

↑visited Tamami’s favorite shop and then

  Tamamiさんお気に入りの店に行き、

 

↑back to the hospital.

  病院に戻りました。

 

↑Today’s dinner.
