「Around the lake Suwa」

９月２３日　諏訪湖周辺だぞ

↑Around 7:30 AM I left for the lake Suwa.

  ７時半頃諏訪湖へ向かいました。

↑At 8, I met up with my colleague Kazuki and then

  ８時にKazuki先生と待ち合わせ、

↑We went cycling along the lake Suwa. It takes less than 1 hour to make around of the lake.

  諏訪湖に沿ってサイクリングしました。１周するのに１時間以下です。

↑Following that I jogged for 9 miles around Okaya city and Suwa city then

  その後、１４ｋｍ程、岡谷と諏訪の町を走り、

↑jogged for 10 miles along the lake Suwa.

  １６ｋｍの諏訪湖に沿って走りました。

↑I was very tired maybe because I cycled for 10 miles and jogged for 19 miles.

  とても疲れました。たぶん自転車と合わせて、４６ｋｍ走ったからでしょう。

↑I met Kazuki again and ate Chinese noodles.

  Kazuki先生とまた会って、ラーメンを食べました。

↑At the LAKE WALK shopping mall, I met up with Kaito and Tamami then

  レイクウォークでKaitoマンとTamamiさんと待ち合わせ、

↑enjoyed shopping.

  買い物を楽しみました。

↑After that we visited the foot spa. Kaito really likes it.

  その後、足湯に行きました。Kaitoマンは足湯大好きです。

↑Kaito is trying to play with a lot of playground equipment.

  Kaitoマンはたくさんの遊具で遊ぶことに挑戦中です。

↑Today’s games. I got them for US$1

  今日の獲物。１００円かけました。
