７月１３日　トンガの講義２だぞ

 

 

 

 

↑I ate breakfast around 7 AM. I ate it all I wanted. Usually when I participate in Nagano full marathon competition, I cannot eat breakfast a lot.

  ７時頃朝食でした。心ゆくまで食べました。普段長野マラソンに参加する時はフルマラソン前なのでそんなに食べられないのです。腹が重くなり走れませんから・・・。

 

 

 

↑I prepared for my lecture at Sumiresou Hotel.

  すみれ荘で講義の準備をしました。

 

 

 

↑At 8:15, I visited the first school today, Yashiro Higashi Primary School.

  ８：１５頃、最初の学校、屋代東小に行きました。

 

 

 

↑I gave a lecture for 4 classroom then ate school lunch.

  ４クラスに講義をして給食を食べました。

 

 

 

↑I gave No. 514 YAMANEKO to the school.

  学校に山ネコNo.５１４を残しました。

 

 

 

↑After school lunch, we moved to the second school, Yawata Primary School. It was my first time to drive car with Tongan traditional costume. We were not allowed to drive cars in Tonga as a volunteer.

  給食の後、２つ目の八幡小学校に移動しました。トンガの伝統衣装で運転するのは初めてでした。トンガではボランティアは運転してはいけない決まりでしたので。

 

 

 

↑I gave a lecture for another 2 classroom then left No. 515 YAMANEKO to this school as well. The principal upload the article about my Togan lecture. I really appreciate!

  もう２クラスに講義をして、山ネコNo.５１５を学校に残しました。校長先生はトンガ講義の記事を上げてくれました。ありがとうございます。

 

 

 

↑On the way back, I took Obasute Mororway Interchange and enjoyed sightseeing and eating a little.

  帰りに姨捨スマートインターチェンジを利用し、少し観光、食事を楽しみました。

 

 

 

↑When I came back home, we had a heavy rain. After a long time away, I visited Northern part of Nagano Prefecture and had a very good time there.

  家に帰った時、大雨が降りました。久しぶりに長野県北部に行き、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
