「Omachi-City Marathon」

１０月１６日　大町マラソンだぞ

 

↑Kaito was sleeping peacefully.

  Kaitoマンはすやすや眠っていました。

 

↑I moved to Omachi city.

  大町市へ移動しました。

 

↑It was very foggy in the morning.

  朝はすごい霧でした。

 

↑I used to come here for ski when I was in Azumino city.

  安曇野にいた時は、スキーでよくここに来ました。

 

↑I participated in the Omachi full marathon competition.

  大町のフルマラソンに出ました。

 

↑The Olympian Nozomi Okuhara, who is badminton player, is from this town and her mother was working together with me, when I was working in Azumino city.

  リオオリンピックで活躍したバドミントンの奥原希望さんはこの町出身で、torojiro先生は、奥原さんのお母さんと以前同じ職場で働いていました。

 

↑The special guest runner was the famous TV actor, Yoshio Kojima.

  スペシャルゲストランナーは小島よしおさんでした。あれやってくれました・・・。

 

 

↑This is the image character of this town, Ooma-pyon.

  これが大町のイメージキャラクターおおまぴょんです。全国ゆるキャラグランプリで長野県２位につけております。

 

↑We started at 9 AM.

  9時スタートでした。

 

↑At 7km (4.5 miles) point, I passed Yoshio.

  ７ｋｍ地点でよしおさんを抜きました。

 

↑The distance of full marathon is very long. There are a lot of ups and downs here.

 　フルマラソンの距離は長いのです・・・。大町にはたくさんの上り下りがあります。

 

↑Around 33 km (20 miles) point, Yoshio passed me. Oh man!

 　３３ｋｍ地点で、よしおさんに抜かれました。おぉ～

 

↑After 35 km (22 miles) point, he couldn’t keep running and started walking so I passed him again.

  ３５ｋｍ地点で、よしおさんが走れなくなり、歩きはじめました。それでまた抜きました。そうなのです。３０ｋｍ過ぎからが地獄なのです・・・。

 

↑I managed to finish the race within 5 hours, and

  何とか５時間以内にはゴールしました。

 

↑he finished it 20 minutes behind me. Good job!

  ２０分遅れてゴールしました。お疲れ様でした。ゴール直後にも関わらず、「疲れてオッパッピーの足が上がらね～」と笑いをとっていました。さすがです。

 

↑I had a spa and

  温泉に入って、

 

↑went back home. .

  家に帰りました。

 

↑Next time, I will participate in the Nagano marathon in April.

  次回は４月の長野マラソンに出ます。
